香氣上有著紅莓、菸草、月桂葉、杜松子、新鮮的土地氣息與桑葚。入口後可以立即感受到這款酒有著許多明亮的紅色水果的鮮活個性。單寧質地剛開始圓潤，到後段變為渾厚，接者尾韻再轉為悠長而舒服。口感上有著愉悅的紅莓、桑葚與杜松子味道，交雜著月桂葉和乾燥草本氣息，再透露出些許菸草與大地調性，充滿著層次感。

Critic tasting note: "Plump, winter-warming aromas of cherry cola, dried mint, licorice and wood spice, with a fair lick of toasty vanillin oak influence, flow to a hefty palate that's densely packed with ripe dark-berry fruit that is framed in muscular, grainy-textured tannins, with pointy-edged acidity."
