聖愛美濃區-羅瓦倫丁特級酒莊(情人堡)

羅瓦倫丁酒莊的葡萄園總面積為7.30公頃，種植了78 % Merlot、15 % Cabernet Franc和7 % Malbec， 平均樹齡40年，為特級莊園的級别（ Grand Cru ）。酒標上手持愛心的兩位天使，彷彿熱戀的情侶，因此另有「情人堡 」之名。

羅瓦倫丁酒莊的葡萄園在地理上由兩塊互補的風土組成，各成一體。

這兩個葡萄園相距不到7公里，位於聖愛美濃特級產區的高原上。一個位於Saint-Étienne-de-Lisse（5.65公頃）的石灰岩高原和粘土石灰岩坡地，位於Chateau Valandraud（一級酒莊）和Chateau Fleur Cardinale（一級酒莊）之間。另一個在聖愛美濃，離Cité不遠（1.62公頃，位於西北高原（粘土上的沙質冰川），在Corbin地區（離Chateau Chauvin, Chateau Laniote, Chateau Ripeau不遠）。

對於住在葡萄園的莊園主人Alexandra和Nicolas ROBIN來說，環境是他們莊園管理的一個重要部分。羅瓦倫丁酒莊一直不使用除草劑，並獲得了HVE3認證。

2015 年的 Château Rol Valentin 酒香濃郁而豐富，帶有毛絨藍莓和黑醋栗水果，紫羅蘭緊隨其後。 口感濃郁，帶有濃郁但不粘膩的黑色水果，結構非常有條理，帶有少許香料味，收尾有力。

The 2015 Château Rol Valentin has a rich and opulent bouquet with plush blueberry and crème de cassis fruit, violets tucked just behind. The palate is full-bodied with dense but not jammy black fruit, quite structured with a dash of spice towards the powerful finish. It feels feisty and feral at the moment, but I suspect this will gain more finesse and cohesion once in bottle.---摘自Wine Advocate
