產品特色: 有著近百年的老藤，並持續生產高品質葡萄，Filsell葡萄園被認為是巴羅莎最棒的葡萄園之一。

如墨般的深紫色透出明亮的光澤，黑巧克力、摩卡與李子，帶出焦糖和甜香料氣息，與傳統施赫特色的深色水果巧妙的融合。豐厚深沉的巴羅莎施赫，厚實酒體中有著優雅質地，層次般的甘草、黑色辛香料與杜松子，美好的單寧結實而細緻，綿長強烈的尾韻。

餐酒搭配: 菲力牛排或威靈頓牛排

TASTING NOTES:

Colour: Inky purple, Deep and dark with bright hues

Nose: Dark chocolate, mocha, plum with caramel lift. Sweet spice and cacao nib. Although serious Shiraz black fruits show the layers are extended with earth and vanilla.

Palate: The tannins are firm but fine, with a full weight and texture carrying liquorice, black spice and some juniper. Full with intense flavours, the wine carries through for an intensely long finish
